1. Cargo Liability & Assurance
How does DISTRIBUTION TRUCKS LLC ensure your freight is protected? We maintain comprehensive carrier liability insurance for all transit operations. Our liability for loss or damage is strictly governed by the Carmack Amendment and standard BOL provisions. We aren't just movers; we're stewards of your supply chain.
Clients must notify us of any visible damage immediately upon delivery. For concealed damage, we've established a 48-hour window for claims submission to ensure rapid resolution.
2. Transport Timelines & Delays
While our transit times are industry-leading, force majeure events—like extreme Arizona weather or interstate closures—can occur. We don't guarantee exact delivery hours, but we do promise constant communication. Our dispatch team provides real-time updates through our forwarding network.
Transit times are estimates. Delay-related claims are generally excluded unless a specific "Time-Critical Agreement" was executed prior to loading.
3. Payment Terms & Financial Obligations
Standard billing terms are Net 30 from the date of invoicing, unless specified otherwise in your custom quote. Late payments? They incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We believe in fair trade; thus, freight charges cannot be offset against pending cargo claims.
